 Goody Moves, is a moving meditation and deep breathing practice, encourages flexibility, body awareness, strength and inner harmony.

 

You will learn:

 

  • A fun and gentle way of energising your body promoting inner calm and clarity
  • Cultivating a deeper inner awareness using the breath, movement and mantra
  • Being fully present
  • Introduction to Neuro Lymphatics energy centres, and so much more.

One to one Workshops

One to one practice in the comfort of your own home is available for those who prefer complete privacy and attention. You will receive an in-depth guided workout, entirely focussed on your individual level of ability, to ensure accuracy and optimal understanding of the benefits of this ancient practice.

The practice will last for one hour and there will be half an hour available at the end for questions.

Please dress loosely and, for hygiene reasons, we ask that you provide your own exercise mat.

 

 

Group Workshops

 

Group workshops of up to 10 people are also available and will be held in a beautiful location in London.

This is a 10 week course that lasts for 1 hour each week. During each session we will practice the entire sequence and each week we will have a deeper focus on one specific posture.

The practice will last for one hour and there will be half an hour available at the end for questions.

Please dress loosely and, for hygiene reasons, we ask that you provide your own exercise mat.
