Day 13 Radical Self-care Healing Journey – My Womb Speaks. Womb Heart Connection

Do you have a deep loving relationship with your womb? Can you hear her voice? Are you leading from her inspired wisdom?

Everything begins in our wombs. It births life, it births dreams and ideas in the now for the future. Our wombs is the centre of our being as a woman and is the channel for The Divine Feminine Creative Expression.

Our wise wonderful wombs connects us with Daughter Earth and Mother Universe’s creative essence and watery flow. The more we allow ourselves to discover the true value and beauty of our wombs the more we can become more harmonious within and to all life.

Womb Story

From a very young age, I knew that my womb story was going to lead me on a journey of reclamation. How do I know this? Because it was whilst I was in the womb that I felt the first wounding.

As long as I was not allowed to speak my truth, I would not be able to create my truth. This was the deepest pain that I had to endure as a child and into early adulthood.

I hid my truth in the deepest part of my womb space for protection because I knew that one day, I would unveil her when I felt safe to do so. Yet through the passages of time and experience, my truth became so deeply buried under layers of shame, guilt and fear, it took me clear into my midlife to clear away all the layers of emotional coverings (womb trauma) to unearth my shiny diamond, My Truth.

My goodness, I had to dig deeeeep!

I healed because I listened to my womb, Yes, you heard me clearly, my womb speaks and I honour her.

Heal Your Heart, You Heal Your Womb

When your heart consistently circulates pure joy, it nourishes your womb with pure joy. When your heart circulates pure love, it nourishes your womb with pure love….and you will create from Joy for the love of it.

Yet, when your heart continuously circulates fear, guilt, shame or doubt, you are circulating and creating from fear, guilt, shame or doubt into your womb space and at some level into your life.

Our energetical psychology is manifested through our behaviour so any heart, womb, mind disconnection will impede our natural magnetism and our hormonal balance. The chief culprits of de-magnetism are: fear, guilt, shame or doubt etc. When you release your heart from fear, guilt, shame or doubt, you will heal the energy vibration within your womb and restore its natural joy giving service.

Womb Heart Connection – Healing Meditation

This meditation is created to assist you in relaxing and re-connecting into your womb space to say “Hi, Beautiful, I am Home.”  It is also designed to guide you into re-connecting your womb heart connection, circulating new fresh awareness and energy for your rejuvenation.

This meditation is suitable for women of all ages and at any stage in your menstrual (moon-flow) cycle.

Especially wonderful for pre/menopause or menopausal women as it will assist you in understanding the changes that are taking place within you and cultivating a new relationship with your womaness.

Create a peaceful atmosphere where you will not be disturbed. For this meditation you may feel the benefits of playing soft gentle music during this practice. Here is an example: Click Here or you can just meditate in silence and stillness.

This meditation is best practiced laying down in a comfortable pose, preferably on your back with your spine soft and straight. You can be in a seated position if you desire.

To get even more comfortable you may want to place a cushion under your knees for support, or you can bend you knees and keep your soles of your feet connected to the floor or bed.

Welcome to this guided meditation designed to reconnect you with your sacred womb space and awaken the powerful heart-womb connection. This journey will cultivate self-love, creativity, and inner harmony.

Find a comfortable position, either lying down on your back with knees bent or sitting upright. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling coolness and exhaling warmth. Feel your body settle and become grounded.

Bring your awareness to your heart centre, located in the middle of your chest. Imagine placing a gentle smile within this space. Breathe deeply, allowing the smile to expand with each inhale, filling your heart with warmth and love. Notice any sensations or emotions that arise.

Now, gently move your awareness to your womb space, located below your belly button. Rub your palms together vigorously to create warmth activating your Qi. Place your hands on your womb, feeling the rise and fall of your breath in this area. Become present to any sensations, emotions, or pulsations you might experience. There is no pressure to feel anything specific. Trust the process.

Take another deep breath in. As you inhale, visualize loving energy flowing from your heart, through your right hand, and into your womb space. On the exhale, imagine nurturing energy rising from your womb, through your left hand, and filling your heart. Continue this visualisation for several breaths, feeling the connection between these two powerful centres deepen.

When you are ready, gently bring your meditation to a close. Whisper a prayer of gratitude or set an intention for your journey. Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to integrate the experience. Remain in stillness for at least 30 minutes to allow the healing energy to settle within you.

After your meditation, consider journaling about any insights, feelings, or images that arose during your practice.
